TM Buddy overview: per-person itineraries with flights, hotels and confirmation numbers

Built for the person who actually books the travel

Not a spreadsheet, not a sprawling enterprise suite. The exact set of things a TM needs for a small crew, and nothing else.

✈
Live fares that follow your rules

Set each person's allowed airlines, preferred carriers and home airport once. Every search respects them and auto-picks the cheapest eligible flight.

→
Route builder

Type the stops and dates. Legs for every traveler get generated, including different fly-in and fly-home airports per person.

#
Already booked? Add the flight number

TM Buddy looks up the times, stores the confirmation, and marks it ticketed. Booking links go straight to the airline.

H
Hotels, trains, rental cars

Search hotel rates by city and dates. Log Amtrak, rentals, car service and drive days with pick-up, return, confirmation and who's on it.

$
Costs split the way you bill

Per person, per payer, per run. Overrides for "artist pays this one". Points-paid items stay on the sheet without messing up the totals.

◫
Receipts, read for free

Drop receipt photos in. On-device reading pulls the vendor, total, date and card, sorts them by category, and breaks them out on the final PDF.

▭
Show days

Venue, contact, load-in, soundcheck, doors, set time, curfew. Multiple shows per day if you need them.

PDF
One-page run overview

Everything above on one PDF for the client, plus a personal itinerary PDF for each traveler with their own confirmations and loyalty numbers.

👥
Share with the team, safely

Up to 10 people per artist. Viewers see, members search and book, the manager runs the account. ID numbers are encrypted and only visible to the person and the manager.

Search once. Book anywhere.

Fares come straight from Google Flights, filtered to the airlines you actually fly. Pick, lock, and book on the airline's own site with the crew's loyalty numbers one click away. Prices are per seat, with no bag-fee math because you fly airlines where bags are included.

Questions

What counts as a search?

One flight leg search or one hotel search. "Search all legs" on a five-leg run uses five. Looking up a flight number you already booked uses one. On the Artist plan searches are unlimited; the Free plan includes 10 a month. Everything else — itineraries, PDFs, receipts, costs — is unlimited on every plan.

Do my crew need to pay?

No. The artist account is the only thing billed. Invite up to 10 people per artist on the Artist plan; they just need a free login.

Where does our travel info live?

In an encrypted database in the US. Legal names, dates of birth, Known Traveler and Global Entry numbers are encrypted separately and shown only to that person and the artist's manager. See the privacy policy.

Can I manage several artists?

Yes. Add another artist from the artist menu after you log in. Each one is its own workspace with its own crew, people and plan, on one invoice.

What if the manager leaves?

The manager can hand ownership to anyone on the team. The new manager accepts, takes over billing, and the old one stays on as a member.
