Each leg below: Search fares pulls live options (limited to the airlines its travelers allow). Cheapest eligible fare is auto-picked per person; use locks a different one. Already booked takes the flight number + confirmation and fills in the rest.
Hotels
One entry per hotel stay — any city, any dates (drive days, an early arrival, a night after). Search pulls live rates for that city and dates; or enter one you already booked with its confirmation. Cost splits across the people staying unless you set who pays.
Trains, rental cars & ground
Anything that isn't a flight or a hotel: Amtrak / Brightline, rental cars (pick-up to return), car service, buses, ferries, drive days. Put the cost in (or $0 and note the points), who's on it, and the confirmation — it lands on each person's itinerary, the Costs tab and the PDFs.
