These terms are an agreement between you and Incline DMA LLC ("we", "us"), an Arizona limited liability company, about your use of My TM Buddy, the website at this address and the My TM Buddy apps (together, the "Service").
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens under your login. You must be 18 or older.
Work in My TM Buddy is organized by artist. Each artist has one manager, who controls the plan, billing, and who else can see or edit that artist's data. Members and viewers get the access the manager gives them and can lose it at any time. If you're invited to an artist, the manager — not us — decides what you can see.
The Free plan is free. The Artist plan is billed per artist, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from Account & plan and the artist drops to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Search packs are one-time purchases and don't expire. Except where the law requires it, payments aren't refundable. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Everything you enter — runs, crew, travel details, receipts, documents — is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. Travel identifiers (legal names, dates of birth, Known Traveler and Global Entry numbers, loyalty numbers) are encrypted and shown only to the person they belong to and the artist's manager. Our Privacy Policy explains the details. You confirm you're allowed to enter the information you enter about other people.
Fare and hotel information comes from third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date. My TM Buddy never buys a ticket or books a room for you; booking happens on the airline's or hotel's own site and is subject to their terms. Always confirm price and times before paying.
Don't use the Service to break the law, to store data you have no right to, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep My TM Buddy up, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (a missed flight, a non-refundable fare, lost profits) arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account or any artist at any time from the app. We may close accounts that violate these terms. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
